Work in conjunction with the Product Manager to manage the product portfolio and to develop new or enhance existing products to meet the Bank's strategic objectives. Responsible for planning, developing, pricing, executing and measuring initiatives to support product development and sales.
Major Job Accountabilities:
Provide support for product initiatives and promotions.
Participate in development, enhancement, design and implementation of new and existing products.
Help manage the implementation of product pricing changes and promotions from both the customer perspective (brochures, disclosures) and the branch perspective (branch communication memos, procedure development)
Support new product and/or product enhancements through the engagement and partnering with others (marketing, operations, vendors, etc.) to ensure efficiency in creating & delivery of products to the banking operation
Conduct analyses relating to Marketing & Product Development activities
Conduct adhoc financial analyses to support various product efforts.
Analyze market segments and existing product portfolios and conducts "what if" analyses on promotional pricing changes; provide recommendations on potential new target markets, existing product enhancements or simplification and other product feasibilities and monitors industry trends
Responsible for meeting deadlines and completing tasks in a timely manner
Take initiative to follow through on assignments to meet deadlines
Promote a positive professional work environment
Work well with other team members to achieve a common goal
College (4-year) Degree
2 years experience Banking or financial services, product management or data analysis experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or database principles
