JD FOR Senior consultant:

Proficient in designing and deploying Windows desktop operating systems to include customizing, application packaging, troubleshooting, Bitlocker management, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 migration concepts and solutions

Experienced using Configuration Manager (SCCM)/Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to develop custom operating system images, patching solutions, troubleshooting and maintenance plans, Application Virtualization (App-V) and VDI

Knowledgeable building, maintaining and troubleshooting Group Policy Objects, Active Directory security and compliancy configurations

In depth understanding with deployment technologies to include, but not limited to WAIK, ADK, USMT, WDS, SCCM, WinPE, SIM, MDT, PowerShell, VBScript, ZTI, LTI and WICD

Sound understanding of Microsoft desktop deployment scenarios, requirements gathering as well as capable of training customers and well-rounded technical writing skills

Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Client and Server

Windows Servers - commission, recovery, maintenance, troubleshooting of OS and hardware issues, decommission etc.

Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WINS

Design and execute the technical implementation of Enterprise Mobility+Security and Azure AD solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.

Experience with end-to-end engineering and the deployment of EMM systems, including MobileIron, AirWatch, or others from Gartner Magic Quadrant

Administrate and support mobile device hardware, software and infrastructure mobility tools including AirWatch, Android and iPhone Configuration Utilities. Mobile devices with Apple IOS running on wireless and cellular networks and will vary by project.

Experience using Microsoft Azure AD and implementation of SSO apps.

In depth understanding with deployment technologies to include, but not limited to AD DS, AD FS, AAD Connect, Identity & Access Management, MFA, RMS, AIP

Mobile Application Management (MAM); protection and app restrictions on for Outlook and Office mobile apps on various mobile devices

Maintenance, troubleshooting and doing RCA of Citrix 4.x and XenApp 5.0, 6.X Servers

Migration of applications from Legacy Citrix farms to XenApp 5.0, 6.X Servers farm

Servers management using remote tools (ILO/DRAC/OpenManage)

Working knowledge in Citrix PVS/integration with SCCM/VDI Image Management skills.

Must have experience in creating and maintaining SOPs to run operations with the help of L2 engineers

Experience in handling Escalated issues including coordination with multiple teams and vendor

Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
